CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SOMEONE TO TALK ABOUT MY INVITATIONS?


You don't need to make an appointment unless you are looking at the Bespoke Design service. If you are looking for this service then you can contact me to book a 15 minute call.




WILL MY STATIONERY BE PRINTED?


Yes, the printing of your stationery is included in the cost of your order.




WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING DISPLAY FOR THE INVITATIONS?


The prices displayed for our invitations include your personal information, guest name printing, three rounds of amendments on your proofs, printing, blank envelopes and hand assembly.




WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING FOR THE INVITATIONS?


  • Printing of guest addresses/return addresses on envelopes.
  • Envelope Liners.
These are an additional option that you can select when purchasing. Please note that any printing on black or dark coloured envelopes will require white toner printing so that it is visible on the envelopes. Please contact me here for a quote.




DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?


Yes we do, please contact me here for your request before you place your order.




HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE FROM WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?


The design process starts as soon as your order has been placed on the website and payment has been received. We will email you for your wording (typography), event and guest details and any further relevant details that are needed to create your stunning wedding stationery. We will then email you a digital proof of your design. You will be asked to proof read your draft design to ensure that all the details are correct and there are no errors. A handy tip is to ask a third person (a Bridesmaid maybe) to look over it too. You can approve the design or request any changes you’d like. Natalie Jane offers three rounds of changes and any additional changes that are requested will be charged at an hourly rate. Your stationery will be printed and delivered once you have proof read and approved your design. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for printing assembly once you have approved your final proof(s) and up to 10 working days for delivery. The turnaround time will depend on our availability, how quickly you supply the wording and how many amendments you request. Please allow 6 - 10 weeks between placing your order and delivery of your stationery. We will work our hardest to have your wedding stationery to you before or within the 10 week timeframe. If you require a faster turn around time, please let us know by emailing nataliejaneweddinginvitations@gmail.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Faster turn around times will incur an additional fee.




CAN I PLACE A PRIORITY ORDER?

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?


Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 30 invitations. It is recommended that you order extra invitations for spares. If you require less than 30 invitations please contact me here before you place your order.




HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?


One invitation is usually given to each household, couple or individual. We would recommend ordering extra invitations than you need as ordering more invites at a later stage will be treated as a new order and no quantity discount will be applied, you will also have to order a minimum of 30 invitations.




WHAT IS THE PROCESS IF I NEED TO REORDER STATIONERY?


You will need to make a new order via the website, for the same product. If you need to reorder your stationery, it will be treated as a new order and no quantity discount will apply, you will also have to order a minimum of 30 invitations.




HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY INVITATIONS?


As soon as your order has been placed on the website and payment has been received, we will email you for your wording (typography), event and guest details and any further relevant details that are needed to create your stunning wedding stationery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling, puncuation and layout errors.




DO I GET TO REVIEW MY STATIONERY BEFORE IT IS PRINTED?


Yes, this is your digital proof which we will send to you to review, approve or make any amendments. Three rounds of amendments are included and any further amendments after that will incur a fee.




CAN I VIEW A PRINTED SAMPLE OF MY STATIONERY?


Unfortunately no, due to the high setup costs involved in creating a printed sample.




I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?


Firstly, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail as sometimes our email correspondence with you can find its way into these folders. If you have still not received your email please contact us via email or phone and we can look into your order.




WHAT CAN I CUSTOMISE ON MY INVITATIONS?


The customisation capabilities vary from product to product, as different print processes are applicable for different product ranges. Listed below are the elements that can be changed on all of our invitations:

  • Customised layout and printed wording
  • Guest names
Elements we are unable to change are the colour of the ribbons, laser-cut patterns, foil stamped wording, design elements and devices such as embossing and embellishments. If you require any of these changes please refer to our Bespoke Design.




CAN YOU PRINT IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE?


Yes, we can. You are able to use any language including foreign characters within your invitation, we will assist you with this as best we can. However, as we may have no understanding of the content of your invitation it is best to be clear about the layout of your wording and ensure that you have checked carefully for grammar and spelling mistakes.




CAN YOU SUPPLY MATCHING ENVELOPE LINERS?


Of course, we offer a range of patterned envelope liners to match our invitations at an additional cost.




WHAT OTHER MATCHING STATIONERY CAN YOU CREATE?


We create matching 'On the Wedding Day' stationery such as place cards, table seating, table numbers, menu cards and more please contact me here with your request.




WHEN SHOULD I SEND INVITATIONS TO MY GUESTS?


Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding. Invitations are usually sent out 3 to 4 months before, however, for a destination wedding you would usually allow more time.




HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?


For Standing Shipping the cost is $15 and for Express Shipping this is $30. For International orders an additional fee/insurance will be charged.

No, envelopes are provided separately and you will need to place your invitations into the provided envelopes.
